为了促进亚太地区急危重症医学的发展，提高我国在本领域的医疗水平,由亚太急危重症学术联盟、全军急救医学专业委员会、北京医学会急诊医学专业委员会联合主办的 “第一届亚太急危重症学术大会（APCEC）”拟定于2005年9月9-11日在中国北京召开。

本次大会是2005年亚太地区急危重症领域高水平的一次盛会，来自亚太地区发达国家急危重症领域著名专家将在大会上针对本学科的新进展、新技术进行讲座和演示,同时进行广泛深入的学术经验交流，届时还有来自美国约翰·霍普金斯医学院急诊医学系的Peter M.Hill教授及国外学者来会作学术报告。大会内容主要集中在大家关注的临床问题上，充分体现互动性，突出实用性、可操作性，同时本次大会将授予与会者Ⅰ类继续医学教育学分。相信此次会议对于开拓大家的视野，了解急危重症领域最新的研究成果大有裨益。

「征文要求」欢迎与会者按第一届亚太急危重症学术大会（APCEC）的主题提交论文，由专家评审后录用。录用论文将刊登在大会论文集上，并推荐给支持媒体杂志，请自留底稿，投稿恕不退还。截稿日期：2005年7月1日（以当地邮戳日期为准），征文要求如下：

①文稿应具有科学性、实用性，论点明确，资料可靠，必要时应做统计学处理。论著、综述一般不超过4000字（含图表、摘要、参考文献等），论著摘要、个案报告不超过1200字。来稿需附单位推荐信，信中注有对稿件的评审意见及无一稿两投，无署名争议等。论文所涉及的课题如取得国家或部、省级以上基金或属攻关项目，应脚注于文题页左下方，附基金证书复印件。

②论文来稿应使用A4纸打印，可使用稿纸，使用word 软件编辑，正文4号字，采用1.5或2倍行距，同时提供电子版。

In order to accelerate Emergency and Critical Care Medicine’s development of Asia Pacific area, and elevate our country’s medical level, the First Asia Pacific Conference on Emergency and Critical care medicine （APCEC） undertaken by The Asia Pacific Organization of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, Army first Aid Medical Specialty Committee and Emergency medical services system specialty committee of Beijing Medical association will be held September 9-11, 2005 in Beijing, China. 

The conference is a high level pageant in Asia Pacific Emergency and Critical Care Medicine field in 2005, during the conference time, the famous experts who come from developed countries in Asia- Pacific area will lecture and give the demonstrations which focus on the new development and technology of Emergency and critical care medicine. Meanwhile, technicality experiences will be communicated broadly, at the appointed time, professor Peter M. Hill who comes from Emergency Department of The Johns Hopkins medical college and other foreign scholars will make dissertations. The conference ‘s contents will focus on clinic issues concerned and show interacting , pop out practicability and maneuverability.
